Some products on Thunderbirds Outpost may be available as a one-time purchase or as an optional subscription.

Subscriptions are never created automatically. A subscription is only started when you actively choose a subscription purchase option at checkout.

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time before your next order is processed.

Please include your order number and the email address used at checkout so we can help you quickly.

Cancellation timing

Subscription cancellation requests must be made before the next renewal order has been processed.

If a renewal order has already been processed, we may not be able to cancel that order before dispatch. In this case, the order will be handled according to our Return and Refund Policy.

Changes to subscriptions

Depending on the options available, you may be able to update your subscription, including:
Changing delivery frequency
Updating payment details
Changing shipping address
Pausing or cancelling future orders

Subscription pricing and availability

If a subscribed product becomes unavailable, we may pause, cancel, or contact you about the subscription.

No hidden subscriptions

We do not enrol customers into subscriptions without their clear selection and consent.

At checkout, any subscription purchase option will be clearly shown before payment is completed.
