📦 SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • How much is shipping? Shipping is always Free. At the Outpost, we cover the logistics so you can focus entirely on the work.

  • How long until my gear arrives? We target the UK and USA arenas directly. Once your order is placed, we move into High-Priority Processing often within hours. Due to global logistics, shipping typically takes between 5-10 business days.

  • Do you provide tracking numbers? Yes. As soon as your gear is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor your package’s journey to your door.

↺ THE OUTPOST STANDARD (RETURNS & REFUNDS)

  • Can I cancel my order? Because we prioritize speed, the window for changes is extremely narrow. If you need to cancel, email ThunderbirdsDigitalOutpost@gmail.com ASAP. If the mission hasn't already been processed with our partners, we will halt it; otherwise, it cannot be stopped.

  • What is your return policy? At the Outpost, we provide professional grade tools for those who are Always Progressing. We offer a 14-day window for manufacturing defects. We do not offer refunds for "Change of Mind" or because you haven't found your rhythm with the gear yet.

  • How do I start a return? If you need to return an item due to a defect, email us at ThunderbirdsDigitalOutpost@gmail.com. We will review your request and provide you with the correct return address.

  • Who pays for return shipping?

    • Defective Items: If your gear arrives damaged, we cover the costs to get a replacement in your hands.

    • Missed Cancellations: If you missed the cancellation window, you are responsible for the full cost of tracked postage to return the item to the address provided.
