📦 Shipping & Delivery
How long will it take to receive my order? Shipping times vary depending on your location. Typically, orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, you can expect delivery within 5-10 business days
Do you provide tracking numbers? Yes! As soon as your order is dispatched, we will send you an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package's journey to your door.
Where do you ship to? We currently ship to most countries although shipping fees will vary. If you are unsure if we ship to your location, please contact our support team.

What is your return policy? We offer a 14-day return window starting from the day your order is delivered. If 14 days have passed since delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Who pays for return shipping?

Defective/Damaged Items: If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, we cover the shipping costs.

Change of Mind: If you simply decide you no longer want the item, you are responsible for the return shipping cost.
How do I start a return? Please email us at ThunderbirdsDigitalOutpost@gmail.com with your Order Number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with the correct return address and instructions.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it? We try to process orders quickly. If you need to make a change or cancel, please contact us immediately (within 24 hours). If the order has already been shipped, we cannot cancel it, and you will need to follow our return process once it arrives.

What if my product arrives damaged? We are so sorry if this happens! Please take a photo of the damaged item and the packaging immediately and email it to ThunderbirdsDigitalOutpost@gmail.com. We will resolve the issue by sending a replacement or offering a refund.
