📦 SHIPPING & DELIVERY

How much is shipping? Shipping is always free. We cover the logistics so you can focus on what matters.

How long will my order take to arrive? We serve customers across the UK and USA. Once your order is placed, it enters our processing queue promptly, often within hours. Delivery typically takes between 5–10 business days depending on your location and global logistics.

Do you provide tracking numbers? Yes. As soon as your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Can I cancel my order? Yes, you have the right to cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched. Contact us as soon as possible at ThunderbirdsDigitalOutpost@gmail.com with your order number. If your order has already been dispatched, you will need to follow our standard returns process once it arrives.

What is your return policy? We offer a 14-day change-of-mind return window from the date of delivery. If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 14 days and you'll then have a further 14 days to return the item. For faulty or damaged items, your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply separately, see our full Return & Refund Policy for details.

Can I return sealed hygiene products? Products such as teeth whitening strips, toothpaste, and oral care consumables can be returned only if the original seal is completely unbroken. Once the seal has been opened, we are unable to accept a return for hygiene reasons. This does not affect your rights if the product is faulty or not as described.

How do I start a return? Email us at ThunderbirdsDigitalOutpost@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. If the item is damaged or defective, please attach photos where possible. We'll respond with return instructions, please do not send anything back without contacting us first.

Who pays for return shipping?

  • Faulty or damaged items: We cover the return shipping cost.
  • Change of mind: Return shipping is at your own cost. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
