At Thunderbirds Digital Outpost, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help.
1. 14-Day Return Window
You have 14 days from the date your order was delivered to request a return. If 14 days have passed since the delivery of your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Shipping Costs & Responsibility
We strive to be fair with our return costs. The responsibility for shipping depends on the reason for the return:

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Description: If your product arrives damaged, defective, or does not match the description on our website, we will cover the cost of return shipping. We may ask for photo evidence of the damage to speed up the process.

Change of Mind: If you decide you no longer want the product or have changed your mind, you are welcome to return it. However, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
3. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return (specifically for "Change of Mind" returns), your item must be:

Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

In the original packaging with all accessories (remote, cables, manual) included.

Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase (Order #).
4. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at ThunderbirdsDigitalOutpost@gmail.com.
Please provide your Order Number and the reason for the return. If the item is damaged, please attach photos. We will provide you with instructions on where to send your package.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without contacting us first.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved: Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days (usually 5-10 business days depending on your bank).
