Shipping Policy
At Thunderbirds Digital Outpost, we aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible. This page explains everything you need to know about how we process and ship your orders.
Processing Time
Before your order is shipped, it goes through a quality check, packing, and handover to our logistics partner. This processing stage typically takes 4–6 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). During peak periods such as holiday seasons or promotional events, processing may take slightly longer, we'll always do our best to keep you informed.
Estimated Delivery Times
The following times apply after your order has been dispatched and do not include processing time:

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Tracking is available for all UK orders. International tracking availability may vary by destination.
Total estimated time from order to delivery = processing time + shipping time.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking information as soon as it is made available to us. You can use this to monitor your package at every stage of its journey.
International Orders & Customs
For international orders, please be aware that your package may be subject to customs inspection and import duties depending on your country's regulations. These processes are outside our control and may cause delays beyond our estimated timeframes. Any customs fees or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Delayed Deliveries
In rare cases, packages may take longer than the estimated timeframe due to factors outside our control, including customs delays, carrier disruption, or peak postal periods. If your tracking has shown no updates for 30 business days (UK) or 40 business days (international), please contact us and we will investigate and arrange a resolution, which may include reshipping your order.
Your statutory rights are not affected by any delay outside our control.
Cancelling an Order
You have the right to cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched. To do so, please contact us as soon as possible at ThunderbirdsDigitalOutpost@gmail.com - as orders move into processing quickly, early contact gives us the best chance of stopping the shipment. If your order has already been dispatched, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.
