🕒 Response Times

  • General enquiries & order queries: We aim to respond within 24 hours, Monday to Friday. Weekend enquiries will be picked up first thing on the next business day.
  • Return requests: Handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. Please allow up to 48 hours for a response with return instructions.
  • Data requests (UK GDPR): We will respond within one calendar month as required by law.

📦 Returns

Please do not send any items back to us without contacting us first. We will provide you with a return authorisation and the correct return address once your request has been reviewed. Unauthorised returns may cause delays in processing your refund.
