  • Round 1: The Warm-Up (3 Minutes)
    Find your rhythm. Keep a steady, bouncing pace with the cordless balls. Focus on your breathing in through the nose, out through the mouth. The goal here is flow, not speed.

  • Round 2: The Shoulder Burn (3 Minutes)
